TIP: You'll need a Circular Saw, and a Saw Blade to cut Catalytic Converters!

1. Get ready for some scrappy adventures! First up, secure yourself a Circular Saw, and Saw Blade

2. Once you've got that in your toolkit, simply walk up to any non player owned vehicle, and use your third eye (L ALT) and select Cut Catalytic Converter.

3. Just like that, if the requirements are met, you'll be well on your way to stealing that catalytic converter and getting some other possible goodies!
