The Rings

Ruby Ring	Regenerates 2 HP every 15 seconds	0.5% per minute
Sapphire Ring	Regenerates armor to 33% (2 armor/15s)	0.5% per minute
Emerald Ring	Restores stamina when sprinting (5 uses, then 1 min cooldown)	0.5% per minute
Citrine Ring	Removes 2 stress every 15 seconds	0.5% per minute
Aquamarine Ring	Faster swimming speed	0.5% per minute
Onyx Ring	Way slower hunger and thirst drain	0.25% per minute

Usage & Maintenance

• Activation: Costs 2% durability instantly

• Passive Drain: Rings lose durability while active

• Repair: Use a Ring Repair Kit at the Pawnshop repair bench (requires Pawnshop employee)

• Cooldown: 5 seconds between equipping different rings

• One at a Time: Only one ring buff can be active
